Refund Policy

At Indraprastha Ayurvedic Store, customer satisfaction is a priority. In line with this commitment, we offer a transparent and fair returns and refund policy, subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 10 days from the date of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and undamaged

  • The original seal must be intact

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided

 
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale events

  • Products sold under discounts, promotional offers, 1+1 offers, or free item schemes

  • Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery

 

Customers are advised to place orders carefully after reviewing product descriptions and specifications.

 
Return Shipping

  • The customer must bear return shipping costs

  • At present, Indraprastha Ayurvedic Store does not offer a reverse pickup facility

  • Customers must ship the product back within 10 days of purchase

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

 

For safety, customers are advised to use a trackable courier service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked return shipments.

 
Return Procedure

 

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via the contact details available on the website

  2. Share your order number and return reason

  3. Once approved, include the return reference number clearly on the package

  4. Share the return shipment tracking details after dispatch

 

Returns without proper reference or proof of purchase may be refused.

 
Refund Eligibility & Inspection

 

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected for:

  • Correct product

  • Unused condition

  • Intact seal

  • No physical or packaging damage

 

Based on the inspection, the refund may be approved, partially approved, or rejected. Customers will be notified of the decision.

 
Refund Processing

 

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment

  • The amount is credited within a few business days, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines

 
Refund Delays

If a refund has not been received within 10 days of approval, customers are advised to:

  1. Check with their bank or credit card provider

  2. If no issue is identified, contact our support team for assistance
